shocking process online shopping with Ackermans

Ackermans has an online shop where I ordered for a cellphone since 28.02.24 and until today 04.03.2024 the order is still processing and not attended to more shocking no agents can trace the order for online shopping , I called the call centre 021 900 111 which is the listed number to my suprise non of the agents are able to assist instead they give me the same number that I dialed to call, what a heck? is this company for real? I now want a refunds I wonder if This is a **** from ackermans that I have to fight seriously... this is unproffessional in all angles.
