Shocking!
I went to the festival mall branch to pay my account and according to my knowledge, I owed R300 in my account, however they said I owed R900 and odd, they told me that I have a funeral cover in my account, that I didn't even know about or requested. I called the call centre and spoke to an agent who said she can't help me, Like what is that?<br> This is just shocking, I don't want to pay for things I didn't ask for in my account. <br> <br>
