**** service
I have never had such **** service in my entire life. Not only did i call numerous times for the so called Ackermans customer service, which does not seem to exist. Not even the Tenacity customer service exists. I have settled my account is full and i want to have it closed. i have been chasing these F*******g departments since the 8th of Feb 2018 and i have had no joy. i try their web forms and all i get is the stupid generic replies. i am soo fed up with the **** service i have been given to the point that i am now taking this matter to my lawyers. I cannot be running after people who now need to do a simple task. just to update and close my account has become a pain in the **s with this company. if i do not have a senior manager contact me and give me what i need. the next call will be from my lawyers and the ombudsman
