I called Ackermans greenstone today before 9 and Melanie answered the phone, I wanted 2 pairs of shoes and wanted her to confirm if they had it in stock, She requested that i provide her the items numbers for her to check and my contact details and that she would call me a little after 9.. True to her word she called me back and confirmed that they had the shoes, I just want to say thank you it is the first time I received such great customer service from a retail..
