Service level non-existant!

Continuous poor service, what else should i expect. I have had numerous issues regarding faulty phones and lack of ownership taken by the staff at the N1 City branch. I took my faulty Mobicel Gem phone to the N1 city branch at the end of March. The morbit supervisor advised that it would take 4-6 weeks to get my phone back. I had to walk from one side of the shop to the other side to collect return papers [clearly he was not concerned about the customer who could hardly stand on his leg and had to struggle to move that way]. This is what i could of expected from the staff at this branch. I went back yesterday [2nd May] to try and get some feedback and do some purchases. I asked the cashier who assisted me and she called the same supervisor who took the phone in for repairs. He logged on to the next terminal, and look at me and said he would be back. He walked to another assistant and took as own time to assist her. EVENTUALLY he came back [5 minutes later] and asked me with no care in his voice, what phone? I gave the details to him and a few minutes later, looking confused he asked me for me name. With a further confused look he continued to search for the details. 2 minutes later he asked me again if I'm sure it was a Mobicel Gem and once more asked me for me name. Not even a minute later he once more asked for my last name. He continued to search for me details and less than a minute later decided to go help one of the assistance, running around like a headless chicken. As previous mentioned, this is the kind of service I'm use to from this store. But in all honesty, most of the Ackerman stores the service is up to ****! or the store is cluttered and messy. I assume i will still wait for another 4-6 weeks to get any feedback on my phone which seems like the morbit supervisor possible never sent away at all.
