SERVICE HERO

I visited the Ackermans Branch in Adderley Street Cape Town on 21.12.2018. This is normally a busy period all over. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative with the service I received from a young man named Jody Vanstawel. He went out of his way to assist me with various request from sizes to bedding. I even questioned him about underwear and he was more than willing to assist by referring me to someone on the department.I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service he provided . Today we seldom get staff like him that goes the extra mile to ensure that customers leave happy. I can but just amend and say well done to a job well done. Jody you ROCK keep up the excellent work in delighting your customers. I will definitely refer all my family and friend to this store to experience excellent service.
