Service
My colleague and I visited the Ackermans Branch in Voortrekker Road, Bellville yesterday. On exiting the branch, the security guard stopped us and asked to search our bags. I asked if this was the company's policy to randomly search customers bags and the security guard responded that it was the security company's policy. I've frequented many Ackermans branches and never have I been asked to open my bag. I felt humiliated and disgusted by what had happened and surely hope that my colleague and I both receive verbal apologies from Ackermans. I trust that this will also be escalated to the Ackermans Bellville management.

Mrs S. Ensal
