Seriously disgusted

Today I went to Kriel Ackermans to buy a pair of socks for my daughter,when I got to the pay point there was no que andCynthia is the cashier if I'm not mistaken,she was done with a client so I decided to go to her til. Upon arrival she decided to pretend that I wasn't there so I greeted as I needed assistance but she decided to ignore that until such time that she felt that she was ready to answer and then started talking to the customers on the next till. And without saying anything to me she walked away,so seeing as I wasn't there for my health I did the Nobel thing of walking away before exploding. And its actually typical of people under sheltered employment to make as if operating a till is some rocket science kinda situation. Seriously disgusted,won't be going back for that **** EVER!!! I mean I would consider myself a loyal customer and the service I get in Kempton is outstanding,I didn't realise that until today!
