Sense of emergency

I just wish to express the service , on the 11th May I tried to collect my order no one helped me till I left the shop, in the 12th when I arrive a other later was there seeking assistance , the one who eventually came gave no concern and still needed assistance from management which was also unreachable , We experience load shedding everyday , a sense of emergency would go a long way
