security for nothing

Saturday 26/09/2015 I went to Ackermans in Soshanguve Crossing. I was doing some random shopping in the complex when I decided to go in the store where the security lady told me I can't get in with my shopping trolley. She told me to put the trolley aside with the goods. bought from other shops and she will watch it. I left the goods at the door in her responsibility. After I was done and was fetching my trolley at the door my goods were gone. No sign of anything but an empty trolley. I am disgusted and disappointed by such service. Those who are loyal ackermans customers are treated as ******* while ******* are treated like number 1. <br>
