Security bad attitude

We had to return to the store twice to exchange shoes. When I went back the second time the security lady told me I am not aloud to bring it back again. I asked her why she is being rude and told her that the manager can tell me if there is a problem and she must stop behaving like she owns the store. <br> I think it is where bad for a customer to get this treatment from a security lady and if there is a problem then the manager should address it with the customer and not the security lady.
