Scratched new phone

Bought a phone at woodmead ackermans, they didn't do all the checks, when I went out of the store and got inside my car I opened a phone and it had a scratch on the screen, I went back and they had closed and didn't allow me in, called the following day and they telling me that it's not their problem..bought it through phone yam
