On the 23rd of November 2020 I walked into the ackerman's store in JHB CBD (KRUIS STREET). I was approached by one of the capfin consultants inside the store . After taking all my details and giving him all the documents I went home . I then got a message that the loan was declined . A week later I got a notification that an amount had been deducted from my account . When I went back to the shop I spoke to a lady ( a manager ) who said they can't help me the guy who helped me did not work for them . How is this possible is this what ackerman's does now .
