**** they say you owe while you don't

I have been harrased by people saying I owe Ackermans and I have never in my life opened an account at Ackermans.. They said I owe 6000 something Rands and they are collectiion agent acting on behalf on Ackermans please investigate the matter and delete my name from your list of debtors because I never owned any account.
