**** at Ackermans

I visited Ackerman's soshanguve plaza. I was there to buy a phone and someone imposed as an employee and ****med me for R2600. I don't think a person should be able to do such things inside their premises with having any aquan***** inside the store. I hold them responsible for what happened and their treatment towards me during this unfortunate event was uncalled for because they didn't even show me the CCTV footage or gve me the name of their manager so I can be helped. The so called impostor also had a key to their cellphone cabinet yet I'm being told she didn't work there. She opened it while we were there and took out two cellphones and entered the staff entrance door to the back office and was not seen again.
