Satisfied with service

My laybye expired at Ackermans Kingwilliamstown and I went to demand my money.A stubborn customer like me was told that you do not get money but buy somethingelse or be given a gift card.i tried to be difficult to the teller when a very humble manager Asanda intervened respectfully by explaining andbshowing me that it is on the slip.I said to her why was it not explained when i initiated that laybye whatif i could not read.She profusely apologized for that and advised that i get something to the amount of the money deposited.Then to get my something i was short of some few rands.she went to her locker and purse to sponsor me with the few rand that i was short of.I came out melting and smiling because of the attitude,gesture and service i got from the store on 07july 2023.i gave her feedback to say "heyyy i was never humbled by a manager lthis way before.her response was that "because i want you to come back and buy from us.Thank you Asanda,I am still humbled🙏
