A week ago I wrote a complaint regarding the service I received when buying a phone at Ackermans and the response was amazing, I was contacted and called in to come to the store and they replaced the phone which was gone for repairs and it never came back... The staff was more friendly and I was assisted immediately thank to Lerato M from Ackermans Eastgate jhb
