Sandton City Ackermans

Good Day

On the 03/12/2019 I went to the Ackermans in Sandton City to make a credit application> The young lady who assisted me took my documentation and scanned it and advised that I would receive an sms advising me f the progress of the Application. I waited 2 days and nothing, upon calling the call center they advised that no application form was completed.

I was not advised of an application form being required. No one bothered to call me to advise that one was needed. I had to call in and enquire further.

I went back to the store I advised what happened and was not given an apology, I don't want one and further after completing the form the lady stated I should just fax the form, instead of her advising that that she will do it.

Very unprofessional!!!!!!!
