My mum needed a phone asap because hers broke She went to Ackermans to buy a phone cause it was the closest store at that moment Sales assistant deceived her and sold her a phone that uses vodacom sim card only yet she mentioned that she has two simcards that needs a phone without sim lock 🔐 Instead they gave her A phone that is vodacom sim lock now she can't do anything on that phone and they won't take it back These people do anything for sales and lie to our elderly people thinking nothing will catch up with them
