Sad Employee (former)

I write this with so much heart and anger. Ackermans has failed its employees so bad we cannot resign in so many numbers and nothing has been said or done. No investigations whatsoever.

The management that forever hold grudges and go around ruining our growth.

I was a shop assistant(cashier) in krugersdorp and I left due to being under duress for so many years instead of them rectifying their actions and behavior I am deprived of what's due to me what I rightfully worked so hard for.

When you stand up for yourself they hate you. It's sad that In such a short space nothing has happened but misery and a number of employees keep on resigning because of the toxicity that we are facing there. If you are not a yes mam or no mam kinder person you won't survive and when they hate you, we'll you won't go anywhere and we report but nothing happens. Only those loved by management will see growth.

Such people not only do they disrupt production but they destroy our mental state, no one wants to be treated like trash while you bent back and forth, these past years has brought nothing but sad parents, siblings children and friends.

Then they will say we are bitter for positions and growth. Pathetic.
