Rude tellers at Ackermans Norkem Park branch

The staff members at Ackermans Norkem Park branch are rude to customers. They shout at customers. The one lady who had no name tag was at the till yesterday. She shouted in an impolite manner for the next customer to come forward. I didn't hear her the first time and my eyes were glued to the fitting room as I was waiting for my son who was trying on trousers as we had to exchange. She banged ob the counter table as she was shouting impatiently. I let other people go through in front of me while waiting for my son. When I approached the till I asked her why she was rudely shouting and banging the counter, she ignored me. I then told her that its rude to ignore me when am talking to her in a polite manner and told her that is no way to deal with customers.
