Rude Supervisor

I visited Ackermans at Kriel to cancel a laybye due to unforseen circumstances, salesperson called Supervisor named Sonto obviously for authorization, Sonto was on a personal call and it was rude of her...... She just said it's offline come back when there is electricity.... Zero customer service, rude, not friendly, taking a personal call that was disrespect. There are a lot of people looking for a job if she is no longer happy.
