Rude security guard

I am so disappointed with the treatment I got today from a security guard working for ackermans. The was no reason for her to be rude.

Well I bought shoes for my son size13 when I got home the shoes were too big and I had already lost the slip. I then went to Ackermans at Shoprite Mall(Philippi) where I saw the security guard and I asked her if is it possible to return the shoe since I lost the slip but I used my Ackermans account or should I call the call centre for further assistance. She answered no.

I guess my mistake was to say some stores do allow you to exchange while the tags are still on of which I wasn’t taking to her. The lady was so rude and I requested to speak with a manager once again I wasn’t talking to her she didn’t hesitate to tell me that I can call that manager not knowing why I wanted the manager.

I asked for her name and she started laughing of which I didn’t understand or couldn’t find anything funny. The wasn’t any need for to speak like that.This happened today 24 December around 10 in the morning.
