Rude saleslady
Yesterday i went to ackermans menlyn shopping centre to buy earpods.The customer service was so bad and i wasn't offered any replacement for what i was looking for.The sales ladies were busy scanning sales items and putting them aside for themselves they didn't even consider helping me until i ask for help.With this kind of behaviour consider your profit margin down cause we are the reason why the business is still running.Please train your staff to offer better customer service if you are considering customers to comeback
