Rude manager Siyabonga

I had a bad experience with a rude manager at ackermans Olieven plaza by the name of Siyabonga.

Went to exchange 2 leggings and 2 packet of girls underwear which both of them had a tag on them.

They refused to exchange the underwear but changed the leggings which I took 2 things I wanted. While I was about to sign the receipt the rude made grabbed the receipt while I was holding it and e went as far as saying it for filling purpose. I asked for a photocopy and he screamed at me saying there is no photocopy that he is going to give me and said we are taking his time. I didn't have a problem with that but why grab the receipt while I am still signing who is going to sign for me? Is he going to forgee my signature. He started screaming at me in front of other customers and I felt like I was a fool. I used my money to buy the goods why am I being treated like I stole them. Siyabonga is very rude and need to taught people skills and deals with his anger management. I will not be treated like a ******** while I payed. I will like to get a feedback and a proper apologise from Siyabonga and something must be done to him as I will make a follow up of this.
