Rude manager

I'm really disappointed in the service I got from ackermans, Kanana Complex.There's a very rude lady that happens to be the superior in the store, she is so loud and has a very bad attitude while standing on the door can't even greet customers entering to the store,,I was so heartbroken when I saw her shouting the cashier in front of the customers insulting and calling her names, (stupid) while everybody was watching at a till point..the cashier was panicking and almost gave the person she was helping an extra change because of the names and pressure she was put into...If that lady is the manager trust you me she will just ruin the reputation of the company she's not even looking presentable she's untidy...
