Rude manager
What a terrible service I got from the store manager at Ackermans Bosman Station Mall in Pretoria. I bought a phone yesterday with few hours it froze. Got to the shop this morning without a slip, was rudely addressed by the manager that refused to do a reprint of a slip for me. I had to make several calls to the head office before she could reprint for me. Can somebody please give her some training.
