Rude Manager

Was returning merchandise that i had bought when i pregnant!<br> <br> When the baby arrived he was a low birth weight.<br> <br> So i needed to exchange the goods to clothes that will fit my baby.<br> <br> Yes, i bought the clothes in August, it's been 7 months since.<br> <br> Jaco starts shouting at me loud as to why I am returning clothes that were bought 7 months ago??<br> <br> He shouting so loud everyone is staring at me!!<br> <br> He is rude and does not know how to treat customers!!<br> <br> He could have explained all of this in a calm and polite manner!!<br> <br> He was shouting as if i was his child!!!<br> <br> He is damn right rude!!<br> <br> Even the staff are frighten of him!
