Rude Employee

I had the most horrible experience at Ackerman's gateway. The store consultant was so rude , I choose a silver grey phone that i saw on display she decide to give me black without asking me anything to top things she is shouting at me because she failed to follow process I didn't even know what network the phone is under, I have never felt so little her name is Spindile , she works for gateway Ackerman's.

If this is the kind of customer service and kind of treatment customers are receiving wooh I still don't believe it I don't think I will ever set my foot at that store.
