Rude customer treatment

On the 18 July 2024 went to Gezina Ackermans at 17:45 the door was closed.Emily and the colleaque were busy mopping I asked them to open as its indicated outside that the closing time is 18:00 they refused ignored me and continued mopping.I literally stood outside while they ignored me until it was exactly18:00.
