Rude customer service

I called the store at Scottsville, a man answered with no professional greeting "HELLO" . I asked if they have a specific item in store, he put the phone down. I called many times eventually a lady answered and I asked if they have the item in store she said call in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I called many times. No one answered the call. This is the kind of service we get, an interruption to them, yet the store is extremely quiet.
