Rude Cleaning/till lady unnecessarily unpleasant encounter

I went to ackermans in princess crossing Roodepoort I was in a very good mood only for it to be changed by one of your very rude ladies working there. She was mopping the floor I needed to go to the other side of the store where she was finished cleaning she says to me it is wet there I apologized to her said I need to go to that side to the items she then repeated and said but it's wet and I said to her but how else should I see what's on the other side if I don't go there. I left and went to the till to pay for whatever I already had and she came there as I was telling her colleagues how she was shouting at me in front of my daughter. The colleagues apologized and she kept giving me attitude. I even said the reason you are giving attitude is that I look like you because we are the same race if it was a white person you would not have disrespected them in that manner I asked for her name she said it's Annie I wrote it down and asked for her last name she gave it I asked her to write down to get the right spelling and she said you write it down. Her colleague wrote it down for me Annie Nocikolwane is her name. I always go to that ackermans and get such good service but this time came across this rude women ended up only buying 1 item even though that was not the plan really disappointed in how this women gave such disgusting attitude and was surprised I gave her the same attitude. I was so upset I was shaking.
