Rude cashiers

On the 31/07/2018 around 15:30 went to Akermans Garankuwa complex to pay my Dstv account, as always we all know it's always busy on the last day of the month, but it's not an excuse of the cashier to be rude to customers, as I was next on the line the cashier called me and said next unfortunately I didn't hear her as it was noisy, had I known that i was wrong the cashier called me and I code "kere o latelang or ga o kutlwe wena ke batla go tsamaya mxm"( hey You I said next or don't you here me, I want to knock off) in very rude and in polite tone, and I made my to her till and told lady thats not the way to talk to clients, you should have just said next in a polite way its not as if I did purposely I dint hear her and her respond was like" ga re buwe English "(, we don't talk English) still in rude way... I mean it's not my problem that she choose to work for retail she knows very well that month end is busy but does it mean she has to rude... No and she didn't seem to care she just kept calling ppl like that. Such ppl don't deserve to work with ppl or as cashiers, I will never set foot ever in that store because of such rude ppl, I have never been so humiliated ever in my life
