Rude cashier (ackermans mall of tembisa)

I was treated rudely by Robin, one cashier at ackermans mall of tembisa. I went there to buy a sleeping set and she just throwed my account card at me. She didn't even see anything wrong with that. I was so disappointed at how she treats customers. Makes me wonder if she received training on customer service.
