Rude Cashier

I went to Ackermans at C*****dene and Putfontein Rroad. There is a lady named Valentine I found her there and I needed her advise about a phone since I wanted to upgrade to the new one. I politely asked her and she gave me a bad attitude she was rolling her eyes for me and she was laughing at my old phone she mentioned that i looks so cheap. I told her that my old phone is a standby and she decided to go out without assisting me and then i drove to Vodacom at Lakeside mall because Valentine failed to assist me as a customer.She is downgrading your shop and shes also rude very rude and her service was ******* how could you laugh at the customers phone . I am not Satisfied .
