Rude Call Centre Consultant

I called the ackermans Call Centre to report ********** activities concerning my Cellphone Number *** which keeps receiving OTPs for online prurchases when I'm not doing any purchases. The last call centre consultant I spoke to was VERY rude! I was greeting her before starting with the whole conversation but she just started being rude and then i requested to be transferred to her manager however my call dropped before I could talk to the manager.
