Rude attitude

I was called by a lady called Khanyi with a number + ***2, who was very unprofessional and rude, the argument started when I asked her to pronounce my name proper and she told me she won't because it's not her mother tongue, I asked for her name which she gave me and I asked for her surname, she refused to give it, and I told her she should not call me about my account then as she doesn't know how to speak to people.
