Rude and unfriendly services. ******

Good day I was extremely angry at Ackermans in palmridge. I had a laybyr. Less than a month took it out on Friday the 15th and the shoes I bought burned my feet and it was to big. So I took it back on Monday. When they kept me for almost an hour waiting for the manager to over write than after nearly an hour the guy comes tell me that I had worn the shoes and when did I take it out keep telling him how would I know it's big if I did not fit it on after long arguments the manager sided with him telling me I had it on now I have shoes my feet burns in and I paid r200 for and cannot wear it at all.
