Rude and non existent support

Ackermans is constantly phoning on my number looking for someone else. I have asked them 3 times to remove my number from their list and then they just disconnect the call. I have sent an email asking for my number to be removed just to be told that I should email a different address and the ticket is closed. I don't see why I have to go through this inconvenience when they have the wrong number on record. Really ridiculously bad service and very rude operators.
