Rude and crude behaviour from collections department

Ackermans contact centre for collections is the worst as they call customers "Failures in life " when you cant pay them and they fight with you as if you owe them personally

An agent said I am a failure in life for not paying and the company has not done anything about it since November 2024

Imagine a Ackermans where it has more customers than Woolworths treating us like this

If you want peace of mind dont open an account at Ackermans , because when you cant pay they tell you , you are a failure in life

There is absolutely no need to insult customers no need at all
