Yesterday Thursday afternoon I went to Ackermans Randburg Square to purchase a cellphone for my 5 year old , you can imagine her excitement , as we walked to the store the was a display box with various phones so I told the lovely security lady which one we would like to buy , she said we must go to the cashiers they will assist we got to the cashier see told us that specific phone is out of stock (the disappointment on my daughters face) but this lovely Security guard saw my daughters face and she suggested another phone on the same range , so we went back to the cashier and this lady lost it , she started screaming at this security lady that she wanted to go home it was late so I told her the security lady is only trying to help then she started throwing her hands around and rolling her eyes screaming (now my poor child was horrified) we left the shop without a phone a broken heart of a 5 year old. I think you should hire that security guard as a cashier and Nothile can work behind the scenes instead of the front clearly she knows nothing about customer service therefore she shouldn't be dealing with customers her attitude is disguising to say the least .
