ROUTER WAS NOT WORKING AND ITS NOW 5 MONTHS NO COMMUNICATION.

Last year October 2024 I bought the mtn router that was on special at Gugulethu mall ackermans. The cashier activated the router however it didn't change from red to green and she said it'll change as time goes by, it didn't change then I took it back same week to them and it has been at repairs since last year 2024, there's no communication at all from MTN or Ackermans, I went there last week and they took my details and said they'll call me back but still no communication. 5 months now and I just want my money back they can keep the ****en router. Sies!!
