robbing clients of hard earned money must fall

I was a client for Ackermans for years.and I decided to end that partnership because of a horrible experience that I receive at fairbridge mall store.I numerous my phoned them last year to request settlement which I received late & couldn't do the payments I again called them at the beginning of 2016 for settlement letters which I received late,so this.matter was resolved in march/April.I made the trf as stipulated on the statement they provided which they said that was a settlement amount.I then phoned them.believe me its a nightmare to get something right over these call centre.after effortlessly trying I decided to write an email to their customer service requesting a closer letter.my request was ignored reasons best known to them.now they r sending me collections texts n emails I went to their brackenfell hyper store to have this resolved they lady put me thru on the line with client services spoke to Muneeb who promised to assist with the matter.he asked that I forward all emails n call him and asked him if they will refund my money as my phone Bill is way to high when I go back from last year & I told him its not my problem that his people didn't do their jobs.I forwarded all emails as promised the Thursday as Wednesday was a public holiday.this was last week.it's now almost a week no response from ackermans.I took the time to phone them again as they keep sending me annoying messages demanding a payment of +-R200.spoke to zinzi I think at collections she was so rude she told me she's got nothing to do with that she deals with arrangements so she trfd me to client services.I spoke to xolelwa I politely asked her to hold on for me as I'm doing this during my working time n am dealing with clients.after a few seconds she dropped the phone.I phoned them again spoke to another lady who trfd me to client services and I spoke to melikhaya explained my frustration to melikhaya which he couldn't do anything about and needed to refer to his team leader that was exactly @11am he asked me to hold on (my phonebill mind u)so I told him as he is at work I'm also employed I asked him to call me back after 4pm with a resolution to this matter.held up in a meeting until 4:45.saw a missed call once no message left.no email sent to confirm findings of his investigation and I'm not really surprised as Muneeb hasn't responded to me since last week.today I'm made 3 calls to them.sent numerous emails to them which were left unanswered. seemingly there is no resolution to this.if a manager knows his/her job well I need them to contact me and resolve this matter.because they will not rob me of my money because they ignored my request to close the account.and I need their complaints department to lay another complaint besides using the Hellopeter site.after this if there is no resolution ombudsman is my next best solution.im so tired to the core with ackermans thats why to begin with i decided to close this account because of their incompetency. my matter at truworths, mrprice group wasnt a hassle.my accounts were closed immediately after i requested closure but not with ackermans.i suggest u go to these stores and find out how customers are to be treated.
