****** inside Ackermans, Manager refuses to look at CCTV camera footage

I went shoping at Ackermans in Orange Farm on Friday the 08th of December 2017 and i was ****** a Huawei P9 lite inside the store, someone took my phone from my pocket without me noticing it. I then asked for assistance from the cashier who said that she will arrange for the CCTV camera footage to be looked at to see what happened, she came back to say that the manager said tt there are no cameras instore of which i do not believe not one bit. A store like Ackermans not to have cameras especially in the area like Orange Farm. From there no sympethy not even a single sign of remorse came from that managers face that i have just been ****** inside their store. I escalated this matter to the Ackermans headoffice the same day and nothing has been done, they said they will conduct an investigation to see if indeed there are no cameras in that store, even now i am still waiting for a response back on their ''investigations".

I am extremely disappointed indeed.
