late last year i went to Phumulani Ackermans and laybyed some items that i really liked.i didn't' have an ID document with me but since i am a customer at that shop a lady at the till helped me to lay bye.after a while i realised that i have lost my slip and but because we live in a world of technology, i didn't think worse will happen.i went to the store on Tuesday 24/02/2015 and gave them my ID because i was worried my lay bye could have EXPIRED.my details were not on their system.they tried to check with only my surname but they couldn't' find my details. i am right now very disturb to what had happened .what happened to the deposit i paid ? i came out of the shop with nothing and they didn't' bother to want to know how much i had paid or what items i laybyed.i really like to have my money back.its doesn't matter how small the amount is but i want my deposit back.
