Rewards card but no rewards

<p>I really don't understand why there is a reward card when you don't get rewards!!! The store can't tell you how many points you have you don't know how many points you have after spending how many thousands! I remember a sms saying I am now platinum or something like that effect! Then I tell the girl to give me a R20 airtitme to see if it will go through on my "points" she does the sale and then expects money from me. I tell her you supposed to take it off the points she tells me I can't use points!!!!!! ***!!!!! CAN'T USE POINTS!!!! Why the hell is there this rewards card???? Ackermans service getting pathetic day by day!!! If its not dirty or broken or mis-stitched clothing then its this and they don't have answers and then their divisional manager phones you with her attitudes and they couldn't care less when you complain about her shouting at you!!! Think I forgot about that!!! Didn't even have the decency to sort that damn rude woman out!!! Won't shop here again, service is damn rotten!!!!</p>
