revolting service

<p> </p> <p>i am not satisfied with the service that i have received from ackermans randburg, i purchased a device from them on the 09 of October 2016 a y6 pro huawei. the device gave me a problem around the second week of November and i took it back to the store as advised by a vodacom agent at Soweto repairs as it is a dual sim, i did that phone came back 6 weeks later then started giving me as charging problem this is now in December when i took it back again. so in a space of 3 months the phone has gone back for repairs twice from purchase and they do not want to give me a new device i dont want that phone its faulty and i must pay for a device that will keep giving me problems all the time.i need someone to assist in this problem asap as im not collecting collecting that device from the store cause i dont want it i want it replaced. i believe that i have not been a problem to you as a service provider before so i expect the same service to be rendered to me. im currently sitting with no device nd i bought that phone cause i needed it. i require to speak to someone that will understand my situation as the staff amd management from randburg are not hearing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>please get back to me soon i need resolution to this problem.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
