Returned school shoes

31 January bought school shoes at Ackerman.. 7 February child started wearing the shoes. Before school closes the shoes are opened and you can see it’s a manufacture issue… Went to the store were it was bought the Manager Magabo was rude and said the won’t change these shoes or give me new ones after paying R500 I asked that she contact the head office she shouted at me ..
