RETIREMENT DEDUCTED INSURANCE MONEY FOR AN EMPLOYEE

Working at the shop as a retailer became a disaster , when you work there on your salary they deduct amount for insurance and other policies that the company makes you join, but as soon as you resign nothing is communicated with you to get the money back as promised. You are told to fill the forms at any branch and your told they are sent to HR, and from there nothing will happen at all. No communication is made with you and there is no hr contacts anywhere to be found so you can ask them...also when you call the insurance company they tell you, they will process your money only when hr send documents. its been months now no communication.
