I'm Boitumelo Mavis Senyani with an ID number *** , I had a staff account two years ago I've overpaid the account with the amount of R1500 , I called tenacity and they gave me the fax Numbers and email address where I can send my bank statement and the letter indicating what had happened , so ive faxed and emailed the documents but they keep on saying they didn't get those documents..
